Tax is easiest when it is planned through the year, not fixed in March. We file your return, choose the right tax regime for you and keep you ahead of every due date.

Who it suits

Salaried people, professionals, business owners, firms, LLPs and companies. Also anyone who has received an income tax notice, or has income from more than one source.

Choosing the right regime

Individuals can pay tax under the new regime (the default, with lower rates and few deductions) or the old regime (higher rates, but deductions such as HRA, 80C and 80D). We work out both for your numbers and tell you which costs less.

Companies and LLPs have their own rate choices. We check which one fits your profit and your plans before the year starts, not after.

What we handle

  • Income tax return filing for individuals, firms, LLPs and companies
  • Tax planning and structuring
  • Advance tax calculation and reminders
  • TDS and TCS returns
  • Tax audit support where audit is required
  • Replies to notices, and help with appeals and rectifications

Documents needed

Documents depend on who is filing. Here is the usual list.

  • PAN and Aadhaar
  • Form 16 or income statements from every employer
  • Bank statements and interest certificates
  • Capital gains statements for shares, mutual funds or property
  • Rent receipts, loan certificates and investment proofs
  • For businesses: books of accounts, GST returns and bank statements

Our process

  1. 1You share your documents. We tell you if anything is missing.
  2. 2We check your income against the government tax statements (AIS and Form 26AS) so nothing is left out.
  3. 3We compare the tax regimes and show you the tax payable.
  4. 4You approve the figures. We file the return and e-verify it with you.
  5. 5You receive the acknowledgement and a short summary for your records.
Most individual returns are ready within a few working days of getting complete documents.

Due dates to remember

The usual due date for individuals is 31 July, and later for those whose accounts need an audit. Late filing brings a late fee and can stop you from carrying forward certain losses. Advance tax is paid in four instalments during the year. Dates are extended or changed from time to time, so we confirm the current ones for you.

Common questions

Is filing an income tax return compulsory for me?

Filing is compulsory once your income crosses the basic exemption limit, and in some other cases such as holding foreign assets or high-value transactions. Many people also file to claim refunds or to get loan and visa documents. Ask us and we will tell you if it applies to you.

What happens if I file late?

You pay a late fee and interest, and some losses cannot be carried forward. A belated return is usually still possible, so do not skip the year.

Can you reply to an income tax notice?

Yes. Send us the notice and the documents you have. We read it, prepare the reply and file it on the portal within the time given.

How do I know which tax regime is better?

We calculate both with your real income and deductions. As a rough guide, the old regime tends to help only when your deductions are large.
