Your books stay up to date without hiring a full-time accountant. We record every entry, match your bank and give you clear monthly numbers.

Who it suits

Small and medium businesses, startups, shops, professionals, trading and service companies, and founders who want to see their profit without learning accounting.

What we do each month

  • Record sales, purchases, expenses and receipts
  • Bank, card and wallet reconciliation
  • Track what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers
  • Maintain stock records where needed
  • Check GST and TDS entries
  • Monthly report on profit, cash and dues

Year-end work

  • Finalisation of accounts, balance sheet and profit and loss
  • Ledger scrutiny and corrections
  • Support for the audit, where audit is required
  • Records ready for income tax and ROC filings

What we need from you

  • Bank statements, or access to view them
  • Sales and purchase invoices, or access to your billing software
  • Expense bills and vouchers
  • Payroll details, loan statements and fixed asset purchases

How it works

  1. 1We understand your business and set up your chart of accounts.
  2. 2You send documents once a week or once a month, as you prefer.
  3. 3We post the entries and reconcile your bank accounts.
  4. 4You get a monthly report and a call to go through it.
  5. 5At year end we finalise the books and hand them to your auditor.
We work in your accounting software, or set one up for you. Your data stays with you, and you can see it any time.

Common questions

Is my data safe?

We keep your data confidential and only the team working on your books can access it. Your data belongs to you, and you can ask for it at any time.

Can you clean up old, untidy books?

Yes. We review past periods, fix errors and bring the books up to date, so that tax filing and audit become easier.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of transactions and bank accounts. We give a fixed monthly quote after seeing a sample of your records.

Do I still need a CA for audit?

If your business needs an audit, a Chartered Accountant must sign it. Because our books are in order, the audit is faster and costs you less.
