What does Klientsure automate for a salvage yard?
Klientsure automates the repetitive back-office work in a used auto parts or salvage yard: inventory updates and EDEN Locate matching, bulk invoices, one-click return invoices, work orders, pricing alerts, and order notifications by email and SMS. It all runs on top of Powerlink, EDEN and the systems you already use. Your first automations go live in week one, and the core setup is done by day 30.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly plans run month to month. The $499 intro offer has a 3-month minimum. Yearly plans are billed once a year, with 2 months free. Mobile apps and custom builds are included with a 12-month plan.
What happens after the $499 intro offer?
Essential is $499/month for your first 2 months. From month 3 it continues at the standard $1,299/month. The offer is for new clients only.
What do the weekly hours cover?
They’re our team’s time on your yard: building and fixing automations, reports, campaigns, design work and your requests. On Growth and Enterprise, a dedicated business analyst turns your requests into a weekly plan. Need more in a busy week? Extra hours start at $65/hour.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours are planned week by week, and we keep a backlog of improvements ready so your hours go to work every week.
Do you work with Powerlink, EDEN and other yard systems?
Yes. We automate on top of Powerlink and EDEN, including EDEN Locate. On a different system? Tell us on your audit call and we’ll confirm what we can automate before you commit. Nothing gets ripped out either way.
Is Google Ads spend included?
No. Plans cover campaign management. Your ad spend is paid to Google from your own account, so you stay in control of the budget.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Start where it makes sense and change plans as your yard’s needs change. Your free audit ends with a plan recommendation.
Where is your team, and when can I reach you?
We’re based in Delhi NCR, India, and support every client during business hours in their US time zone. Enterprise adds 24/7 emergency support from your dedicated developer team.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Any tools, applications, automations, and integrations we build specifically for your business belong to your business. Unlike many subscription-based solutions, you retain ownership even if your subscription ends. Your applications and automations can run on your own servers and infrastructure, giving you full ownership and control. We do not claim ownership of the systems we build for you.
Do you use AI?
Yes, smartly. We integrate AI into your system only where it lowers costs and gets more done. Anything that must be exact, like invoices, inventory and pricing, runs on rules-based automation.
