Privacy policy

This policy explains what Klientsure (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or book a free Yard Tech Audit, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email support@klientsure.com.

What we collect

When you send the audit form, we receive:

• Your name, company or yard name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• The plan you’re interested in and whether you were looking at monthly or yearly prices.
• The numbers you set in the cost calculator (hours of manual work, staff hour cost and the monthly estimate).
• The address of the page you sent the form from, the page that linked you here, and any campaign tags in the link (for example from one of our emails).
• The date and time of your request.

To stop spam, our server briefly keeps your IP address in memory (for about 10 minutes) to limit how many requests can be sent from one place.

Links in our emails

A link in one of our emails may include your first name, company name and email address, so the page can greet you and fill in the form for you. They’re removed from the page address as soon as the page opens, kept only in your browser for that visit, and only sent to us if you send the form. They are never sent to Google Analytics.

The link may also include campaign tags that say which email you clicked. Your browser remembers these tags for up to 90 days, so if you send the form on a later visit we still know which email brought you here. They contain no personal details.

Booking a call on our calendar

If you pick a time through our booking calendar, the booking is handled by Google Calendar. The details you enter there (such as your name, email address and anything you add in the booking form) are shared with us so we can hold the call, and Google sends you a confirmation. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that page.

How we use it

• To email you, usually within 24 hours, to set up your audit, or to hold the call you booked.
• To prepare for the call and recommend a plan.
• To follow up about our services. If we send you marketing emails, you can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where it’s stored

Audit requests are saved in a Google Sheet in our Google account. Google acts as our service provider. If Google can’t be reached when you send the form, your request is kept on our web server (in a backup file and the server’s logs) until we add it to the sheet. We are based in India, and your details may be processed in India, the United States and other countries where Google operates.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this website: which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and whether the audit form was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not receive the name, email or phone number you type into the form.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Learn more in how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run this website and our business (such as Google and our hosting provider), and when the law requires it. They may only use your details to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while we’re in touch with you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email support@klientsure.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

Your details are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to the sheet is limited to our team and the service account that writes new requests to it.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
